The above is a video to reference the path of action of a ball being thrown up into the air, reaching it's apex and then falling into the my hands as the settling position.
Using the best thrown from the video reference, I analyzed the "Fourth Down at Half-time" rule which states that the point half-way in time is actually about 1/4 of the distance between the Apex (frame 43) and the lowest point (frame 63).
